Job summary

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced assortment and demand planner at Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum. In this role, you will help align supply and demand by translating market trends into reliable forecasts and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop detailed demand plans, apply advanced forecasting techniques, and analyze sales and promotional data to ensure timely and accurate launches.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, logistics, or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in demand or product mix planning.
• Demonstrable experience with advanced forecasting techniques and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in advising and mentoring direct colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Developing and refining detailed demand and assortment plans.
• Applying statistical techniques to increase the reliability of forecasts.
• Analyzing internal demand patterns, promotional campaigns, and discontinued collections.
• Validating seasonal product launches by category.
