Job summary

CTG is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Engineering Delivery in Amsterdam to lead and develop a dedicated team of electrical engineers. This role combines technical oversight with team development and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, including team leadership, and will ensure engineering outputs meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10–12+ years of electrical engineering experience, including 3–5+ years in a team lead/engineering lead role.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
