Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Residential Solution Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Rijswijk, Netherlands. You will support market insights, GTM launches and demand/supply planning for key products, collaborating with the partner sales team to advance our residential PV and ESS solutions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and the ability to communicate across borders in a fast-moving telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English as a working language. Mandarin (Chinese) is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in distribution channel sales, residential energy, installers, or related products.
• Knowledge of distribution sales management.
• Good knowledge of residential PV and ESS solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely reports on market progress, including key developments, sales data, and pending departmental issues.
• Enhance the full-scenario solution capabilities of the partner sales team and support the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives.
• Manage GTM launches, including overall timelines, key message communication, and marketing activities.
• Manage demand and supply planning for key products and support forecasting in close collaboration with the supply chain team.
• Collect and analyze information on the European market, including market potential, trends, and relevant developments, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
