Huawei in The Hague, Netherlands is seeking a Senior Data Center Solution Manager to drive market expansion across FLAPD and Nordic regions and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.

You will craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions, manage senior stakeholders, and target quarterly growth while staying aware of European power and land dynamics shaping our services.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Center, Colocation or hyperscaler sectors.
• Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets; Nordic connections are highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication; another European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: identify and capture new opportunities in FLAPD and Nordic regions; own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
• Strategic Relationship Management: develop and maintain C-suite relationships with key decision-makers in the data center ecosystem.
• Revenue Accountability: own specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets; drive quarterly growth.
• Solution Selling: collaborate with technical/ops teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.
