Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Senior Data Center Solution Manager in The Hague to drive market expansion in FLAPD and Nordic regions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing, build C-suite relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to craft colocations and connectivity solutions.

Applicants should have at least six years in data center, colocation or hyperscaler sectors, strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation or Hyperscaler sectors.
• Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets; Nordic region network is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; additional European language (German, French, or Nordic) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) across Europe.

Senior Data Center Solution Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities in the FLAPD and Nordic regions. You will own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract execution.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the data center ecosystem.
• Revenue Accountability: Take full ownership of specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets. You will be responsible for consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
• Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions that meet complex client requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in the European power and land landscape to position our services effectively.

Requirements

• Industry Expertise: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to the Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors.
• Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the FLAPD markets; specific expertise or a strong network in the Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) is highly desirable..
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in an additional European language (German, French, or a Nordic language) is a significant advantage.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) to meet clients and visit sites across Europe.
