Main Responsibilities:

• The main products involved are photovoltaic, data center, energy storage, and temperature control products within the digital energy product line. Main responsibilities and tasks include:
• (1) Leading the handling of key live network issues, responding and supporting quickly, coordinating technical breakthroughs and analysis, analyzing root causes, and performing zeroing and reduction;
• (2) Participating in inspections, identifying and eliminating risks to ensure smooth operation of products in the live network;
• (3) Extracting and promoting product reverse improvements through common issues;
• (4) Comprehensively identifying product adaptability and special scenarios, enhancing product maintainability, and assisting in the development of maintenance efficiency improvement tools;

Requirements:

• Familiar with EU environmental protection regulations, especially the process and requirements for reporting carbon emissions and extended producer responsibilities.
• Priority will be given to those with the ability to analyze and handle issues such as sealing problems, fastener failures, electrical connections, and air conditioning system malfunctions.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• At least one year's experience in developing, testing, or maintaining energy storage products (including solutions) is preferred.
• Effective organizational, analytical and communications skills.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
