Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Analyst in our Data & Analytics Team, focusing initially on Central Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark) with potential to support other countries. You will generate and analyze reports on property management performance to drive NOI, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Central Europe Operational and Asset Management teams, leveraging Power BI, SQL and Python to turn complex data into clear business

Qualifications

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL and Python.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for stakeholders.
• Support Central Europe Operational Management with financial and data analysis.
• Run and analyse leasing and occupancy reporting to identify rental growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Act as SME for AI within the region, promoting adoption of AI tools such as Claude.
• Gather data to assess portfolio performance against budgets and targets.
• Participate in process improvements and new applications to boost operational performance.
