Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Development Analyst to support its build-to-rent and PBSA platforms in the Netherlands. You will perform financial modelling, prepare market analyses, and coordinate with developers, brokers and equity partners to underwrite opportunities.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related business or analytical subject; such as finance, business management, real estate, accounting, economics or any STEM discipline.
IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft packages including PowerPoint (Advanced level) and Excel (Advanced level).
Knowledge of building regulations, planning processes and construction processes.
Knowledge of multifamily build-to-rent or PBSA developments.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis of development opportunities with detailed pro-forms and models.
Gather market data and prepare reports and market summaries with insights.
Maintain relationships with developers, brokers, lenders and partners and manage communications.
Prepare documents for new business pitches and RFPs.
Lead due diligence and develop documentation on key findings.
Monitor progress, deadlines, budgets and resolve issues affecting delivery.
Support development management processes from acquisition to budget setup.
