Greystar is seeking a Senior Analyst in our Data & Analytics Team, focusing initially on Central Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark) with potential to support other countries. You will generate and analyze reports on property management performance to drive NOI, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Senior Analyst works in the Data & Analytics Team, focusing primarily on Central Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark) initially, but with the expectation to support other countries when required. The role supports the delivery of asset business plan targets and the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analysing reports on property management performance. The role gathers and analyses market, client and portfolio data, giving management the input needed to identify opportunities to improve NOI, wider commercial performance and customer satisfaction. It also carries out other analytical tasks that support the running of the business. This role will be expected to work closely with the Central Europe Operational and Asset Management teams on a day-to-day basis, with direction also being provided by the Central Europe Senior Management Team.
You’re a data and analytics professional who knows how to turn complex data into meaningful business insight. Confident with Power BI, SQL and Python, you’re experienced working with data lakes, warehouses, and large datasets, building scalable reporting that supports better decision-making.
You combine strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, translating business needs into practical solutions and explaining complex concepts in a way everyone can understand. Organised, collaborative, and naturally curious, you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace new technologies including AI, and enjoy solving problems that make a real impact.
