Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Development Analyst in Amsterdam to support the execution of the development platform by performing financial analysis of opportunities, building pro-forma models, and preparing underwriting materials for transactions.

The role interfaces with developers, brokers, equity partners, institutional clients, and Greystar leadership, tracking progress on multifamily build-to-rent and student PBSA projects across assigned markets while ensuring rigorous reporting and timely

Qualifications

Degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analysis experience.
Fluency in English; Dutch language is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis of development opportunities and build detailed pro-forma models.
Prepare memoranda, reports, and market summaries to support acquisitions.
Engage with developers, brokers, equity partners, lenders and Greystar leadership.
Track and report progress of development transactions across regions.
Support due diligence, documentation, and financial/market materials for pitches and RFPs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage schedule, budget and programme.
Assist in organizing governance and development budgets from initial design to realization.
