Job summary

Eaton seeks a Lead Customer Quality Engineer to support our Data Center and Electrical Solutions across the region. Based in the Netherlands or Germany with flexible remote work, travel about 30% is expected, including 1–2 days per week in Hengelo and occasional overnight stays.

You will own end-to-end customer quality and warranty processes, communicating professionally with customers and coordinating with internal teams to sustain high-quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in quality engineering or related roles with customer quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all customer-related quality and warranty activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional involvement to ensure rapid resolution of customer concerns.
• Prepare and present customer quality reports and improvement plans.
• Drive preventive actions and maintain traceability per QM systems.
