DataSnipper is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive transformation for audit and finance teams. You will translate audit knowledge into strategic guidance, helping customers optimize workflows and realize measurable value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in external or internal audit.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related client-service role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong mindset for being a strategic partner and driving transformation.
• Clear track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders including Audit Partners, Controllers, Finance Directors and IT decision‑makers.
• Help customers reimagine workflows to deliver measurable efficiency gains and ROI.
• Provide expert guidance to help customers optimize audit and finance processes with DataSnipper.
• Lead adoption and value realization through training, business reviews, and success plans.
• Build deep, long-term customer relationships based on trust and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams to drive innovation.
• Identify expansion opportunities and demonstrate ROI to enable pilots and broader adoption.
• Oversee onboarding and platform configuration to ensure smooth implementation.
• Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions to address challenges and retention.
