Job summary
DataSnipper is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region with an audit background. You will bridge audit expertise and modern AI-powered finance workflows, guiding customers through transformation and adoption of DataSnipper inside their Excel-based processes.
You will partner with Audit and Finance teams across DACH, become a trusted advisor, and drive measurable value through strategic engagements, training, and health checks across their operations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in external or internal audit, or assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Trusted advisor mindset with ability to build deep customer relationships.
- Ability to drive business transformation and improvements through technology.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Audit Partners, Controllers, and IT decision-makers guiding transformation enabled by DataSnipper.
- Drive business transformation by reimagining workflows and demonstrating AI-powered efficiencies.
- Deliver strategic consultative solutions tailored to customer needs and goals.
- Champion product adoption with trainings, business reviews, and success plans.
- Build deep customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value.
