Job summary

Yuno is seeking a Senior Corporate IT Engineer to own the internal IT backbone for a fully remote, global team. You will lead device management, identity and access, SaaS governance, and security compliance while driving automation and roadmap across 190+ countries.

This role requires hands-on expertise in MDM platforms, IdP management, and SaaS ecosystems, with a focus on scalable, secure IT operations for a payments-enabled global company. Remote work available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce
• MDM expertise with Jamf Pro, Intune or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet
• Identity and access management — Okta, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning
• SaaS administration — Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, OAuth governance
• Security and compliance — SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS governance and reviews
• Scripting and automation — Python/PowerShell/JavaScript to reduce manual toil
• Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Device and endpoint management — own the MDM platform for a distributed fleet
• Identity and access management — administer IdP, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning
• SaaS administration and governance — manage SaaS stack and minimize shadow IT
• Security and compliance — maintain controls, access reviews, audit evidence
• Automation and IT roadmap — scripting and workflow automation to scale
• Support and enablement — senior escalation point and document runbooks
