Job summary

Yuno is hiring a Senior Corporate IT Engineer to own the corporate IT stack for a fully remote, global team. You will lead device management, IAM, and SaaS governance, building automation that scales as Yuno expands to 190+ countries.

This is not a helpdesk role; you will drive the IT roadmap, ensure security and compliance by default, and support a distributed workforce with modern tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT or IT operations for distributed workforce
• MDM expertise with macOS and Windows fleet management
• Identity and access management including SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning
• SaaS administration with Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian and OAuth governance
• Security and compliance experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
• Scripting and automation using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell or similar
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Own device and endpoint management across a distributed fleet with zero-touch provisioning and patching
• Administer identity provider (Okta or equivalent), SSO, MFA, and least-privilege access
• Govern SaaS stack and manage licenses, reduce shadow IT and OAuth risk
• Build and maintain security controls and audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
• Develop automation and roadmaps to scale IT operations across the org
• Provide senior escalation support and mentor IT team
