Job summary

Nobel Recruitment in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for Workforce Planning Software to lead complex implementations and help customers adopt a mission-critical platform used by organizations with 100 to 8,000 employees.

You will own end-to-end deliverables, collaborating with planners, HR teams, managers, payroll specialists, and operations leaders to replace fragmented processes with a smarter way of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in SaaS consulting, software implementation, or project delivery.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading customer-facing projects.
• Experience with software implementations, data migration, or system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant for Workforce Planning Software to lead complex implementations and help customers successfully adopt a business-critical platform used by organisations with 100 to 8,000 employees.

The Role

This is a delivery-focused role, not a sales position. You will own customer implementations from start to finish, working closely with planners, HR teams, managers, payroll specialists, and operational leaders to replace fragmented processes with a smarter way of working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading implementation projects from discovery to go-live
• Analysing customer processes and translating requirements into practical solutions
