Job summary

Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP implementations in our busy Implementation team. You will manage project scopes, milestones, and client expectations, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams.

The role is based in the Netherlands with a hybrid setup (2 days per week in the Breukelen office). You should be fluent in Dutch and English, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks for implementing Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support
• Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables
• Coordinate delivery aspects of the implementation project to ensure deliverables are completed on time and in budget while managing project risks and issues and flagging to relevant stakeholders accordingly
• Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality measurements by maintaining consistent processes across the team and organisation
• Demonstrate the ability to apply technical, professional, or product expertise to real work situations
• Complete post-project analysis and drive positive project outcomes, team results and effective change management

The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Implementation team and leads implementations for Supply Chain Solutions. Responsibilities include using best-practice project management methodologies and processes for all programs; including defining project scope, objectives, business outcomes and high-level milestones. Extensive interaction with clients and internal sales, marketing, functional team, technology and support teams will be required. A key focus of this position is Managing a broad and dynamic workload, in-depth analysis work and incorporation of strategic goals where applicable

The role is hybrid 2 days per week in the Breukelen office, Netherlands.

Your tasks will include:

To be a good fit for the Senior Project Manager you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of concurrent projects
• Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytic ability
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented, ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent organisational skills and written/oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel

Preferred Experience:

• Proven track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem.
• Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributers or 3PLs.
