Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Senior Associate – Contracts & Pricing in Breda to join our Global Contracts & Pricing Operations team. This role supports international markets outside the US, ensuring pricing and contract terms are correctly implemented in systems.

You will work with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to assist affiliates with pricing questions, drive process improvements, and ensure accuracy, compliance and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pricing operations, contract operations, finance, or commercial operations.
• Experience with SAP is highly valuable.
• Experience with O2C, pricing, invoicing, revenue processes is a strong advantage.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support international affiliates and internal stakeholders with Contracts & Pricing requests, questions and operational issues.
• Ensure agreed pricing and contractual requirements are accurately reflected in systems and business processes.
• Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams on pricing, financial impact, tax classification and related operational activities.
• Support governance, audit, compliance and continuous improvement of Contracts & Pricing processes.
• Analyse issues and business processes, identify improvements, and contribute to projects, system enhancements and process documentation.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate – Contracts & Pricing, you will join Global Contracts & Pricing Operations team in Breda. The role supports commercial and pricing processes across international markets outside the US.Your responsibility will be to help ensure that agreed commercial and contractual terms are correctly implemented in systems and processes.

You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams, support affiliates with pricing and contract-related questions, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure accuracy, compliance and efficient execution.

What You Will Do

• Support international affiliates and internal stakeholders with Contracts & Pricing requests, questions and operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in pricing operations, contract operations, finance, commercial operations or business administration.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, particularly Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain or Operations.
• Experience with SAP is highly valuable.
• Experience with Vistex is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C), pricing, invoicing, revenue processes or financial operations is a strong advantage.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, food or another regulated industry is beneficial.
