Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in the Netherlands to lead cost management across projects and ensure value for clients. The role emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams and proactive cost reporting in fast-paced environments.

You will oversee pre- and post-contract cost management, prepare cost plans, and contribute to tender and final accounts while maintaining strong client relationships. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects (pharma/Life sciences preferred).
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction.
• Based in the Netherlands or eligible to work there.

Responsibilities

• Support settlement of disputes and claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in final accounts and claims handling to secure client value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Support project management with cost documentation and timely communication.
• Actively participate in tender/bid process from documentation through reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and communicate variations.
