Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Command Centre / IT Operations experience.
• Real-time IT infrastructure and system monitoring.
• Incident Management.
• IT Service Management (ITSM).
• SLA monitoring and KPI tracking.
• High-severity incident escalation and coordination.
• Automation and scripting.
• Python, Java, or Shell scripting.
• System integration.
• Automated testing and quality assurance.
• Bug tracking and debugging.
• Root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise dashboards, IT infrastructure, systems, and processes in real time.
• Monitor alerts and identify potential service interruptions or outages.
• Troubleshoot incidents and initiate recovery and escalation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, system availability targets, and KPIs.
• Act as a primary escalation point for high-severity incidents.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain incident records and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation.
• Design and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and test automation scripts (Python/Java/Shell).
• Develop automation protocols and docs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Configure and support integrations between sources and systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data flow.
• Support automation across interconnected environments.
• Design and run simulations and automated tests before deployment.
• Validate automation solutions and system functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and fixes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Support deployment activities and ensure operational requirements.
