ITProposal is seeking a highly experienced Lead Network & Communication Architect in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will define and govern architecture across transformation workstreams, focusing on OT/IT interoperability, SCADA networks, and secure data flows.

With 10+ years in industrial networking, you will drive architecture governance, set principles, and guide delivery teams in a full-time, 4-month engagement starting 01 Oct 2026 in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial networking or architecture.
• Experience leading architecture initiatives in OT/IT environments.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity-aligned network design.

Responsibilities

• Define network and communication architecture principles for transformation workstreams.
• Establish secure interoperability models between OT and IT environments.
• Design communication architecture for SCADA, OPS systems, and sensor data integration.
• Develop network segmentation, connectivity, and infrastructure principles aligned with security standards.
• Support architecture governance, workshops, and PSA development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to delivery teams.
