Job summary

Scooperz is seeking a Client Lead for our Amsterdam hub. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, shaping direction and ensuring long-term growth while maintaining quality and profitability.

You will guide senior client discussions, identify growth opportunities, and steer delivery across multiple workstreams. You will mentor the Amsterdam team, coordinate with Breda and Paris hubs, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency experience.
• Experience with influencer marketing and/or social media.
• Proven ability to lead key accounts and strategic client relations.
• Highly organized and structured, able to guide internal and external teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
• Lead delivery and coordinate internal teams across projects.
• Manage commercial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and guide the Amsterdam team, collaborating with HQ in Breda and Paris hub.
• Plan, forecast, and ensure clear reporting and proactive client experience.
