Job summary

GoSpooky, the Amsterdam-based global social agency, is seeking a Freelance Senior Influencer/Creator Strategist.

You will own influencer and creator strategies for assigned clients, translating business objectives into creator-led plans with clear KPIs.

Collaborate with the Ghost team on new business pitches, guide campaign direction, and help grow existing client relationships with fresh, culture-forward ideas. This role starts ASAP and offers flexible, remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer/creator strategy, ideally within an agency or social-first environment.
• Ability to translate business and communication objectives into clear, insight-led creator strategies.
• Strong understanding of influencer landscape, platforms, trends and what makes creator work culturally relevant and effective.
• Confident presenting strategic thinking to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own influencer and creator strategies for assigned clients, connecting business objectives with the right creators, platforms, content and approach.
• Translate client briefs into clear strategic approaches, defining the role of creators, campaign structure, content direction and KPIs.
• Bring relevant creator trends, cultural insights and performance learnings into client work to strengthen strategies and creative thinking.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, contributing to campaign kick-offs, QBRs and strategic presentations.
• Develop influencer and creator strategies for new business pitches, working with the wider Ghost team to win briefs.
• Brief and collaborate with the Creator Campaign team, ensuring the strategic direction is clear and effectively translated into execution.
• Identify opportunities to elevate creator impact, grow existing accounts and bring new thinking into our influencer and creator offering.
