Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a Senior Client Lead (Dutch speaking) to oversee and expand client units, providing strategic direction and growth roadmaps. You will report to the Commercial Director and collaborate with all crafts, with emphasis on PM and senior leadership, ensuring integrated strategies for client growth.

You will lead growth initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and drive commercial opportunities while maintaining coding of client excellence and quotations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a strategic client-facing role within a digital/creative agency.
• Deep knowledge of the digital marketing and social media landscape.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to support Client Leads/Executives.
• Strong strategic thinker and consultative partner for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and spot new commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic growth roadmaps for client units.
• Oversee and commercially lead client units with alignment and excellence.
• Act as a consultative advisor, identifying and developing growth opportunities.
• Conduct strategic business reviews at unit level and oversee new briefs.
• Ensure high-quality quotations and comprehensive Statements of Work.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated client growth strategies.
