Job summary

Scooperz is seeking a Client Lead for its Amsterdam hub. You will manage a portfolio of international and Dutch clients, shape strategy, and drive growth, while ensuring high-quality delivery across social and influencer programs.

You will guide the Amsterdam team, collaborate with Breda HQ and Paris hub, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver sustainable, profitable outcomes for both clients and Scooperz.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in an agency setting.
• Experience in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record leading key accounts and strategic client relations.
• Highly organized and structured in approach.
• Comfortable guiding and supporting teams across projects.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Client management: main point of contact, build relationships, clear communication, manage scope and delivery.
• Commercial & account development: track performance, identify growth, propose clear next steps.
• Delivery: plan and coordinate internal teams, ensure timely, quality delivery, mentor local team.
