Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Chef de Parti Garde for Café Americain at Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American. You will lead the cold section, craft plates to the highest standards, and mentor junior chefs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cold Section with precision and confidence.
• Oversee mise en place, daily prep, and food storage with FIFO and HACCP adherence.
• Coach, mentor, and support junior chefs and coordinate with Sous/Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety in the kitchen.
