Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Senior Chef de Parti for Café Americain at Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American in Amsterdam. You’ll lead your section, mentor junior chefs, and ensure high standards across Café Americain and Bar Americain.

We’re looking for hands-on kitchen leadership, strong cooking techniques, and a passion for quality and presentation, with flexibility for evenings and weekends in a vibrant, art-deco setting.

Qualifications

• Culinary training and hands-on kitchen experience in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of core cooking techniques, food safety standards, allergens and trends.
• A eye for detail and high standards of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section with precision, care, and confidence during service.
• Oversee mise en place, prep, and storage with adherence to safety guidelines.
• Coach and mentor junior chefs and collaborate with Sous/Head Chef.
• Contribute to menu development and uphold quality across outlets.
