Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Change Manager with 8-10 years in ITSM to oversee Change processes in a global delivery environment. Responsibilities include CAB facilitation, risk assessment, and strict adherence to ITIL-based change controls.

The role requires collaboration across technical towers, stakeholders, and customers, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to drive process improvements within a large enterprise. This is a full-time position in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and related processes.
• ITIL V3/2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple technical towers and customers.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each and every Change is recorded and approved before implementation.
• Ensure Changes are categorized and approved per defined process standards (Standard, Normal, Expedited, Emergency).
• Convene and chair CAB meetings, circulate the MOM of the CABs.
• Ensure no Unauthorized change is implemented which may impact Production.
• Conduct periodic audits per process and close audit gaps within agreed timelines.
• Report Change KPIs to Management and ensure effective change communication.
• Ensure Change implementation follows the Implementation Plan with 4-eye review for each Change.
• Assign risk to each Change and follow Customer/Wipro processes for High-risk changes.
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews and validate status against criteria.
• Bring in service improvements to mature the overall process.
