Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager MSM and IRL to lead distributor management across several European markets. You will set pricing, sales targets and yearly plans, collaborate with marketing, regulatory and operations, and drive strategic growth for the Mentor portfolio across Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Austria, and Ireland.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or MBA in business, marketing, economics or life sciences.
Five+ years commercial experience in medical device/healthcare/pharma.
Proven distributor/partner management experience.
Experience setting commercial objectives, plans, KPIs and targets.
Strong negotiation, pricing and contract skills.
Data-driven with ability to translate insights into plans.

Responsibilities

Lead distributor management across assigned markets and ensure alignment with company goals.
Set and negotiate pricing, annual plans and KPIs for distributors.
Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback and support.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Legal and Operations functions.
Drive launch strategies and portfolio profitability, manage contracts and renewals.
Support events, congresses and field activities with distributors and sales teams.
