Job summary

360Pharma is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead to manage distributor partnerships across the Netherlands. You will set pricing, targets, and annual plans, monitor performance, and translate market insights into growth opportunities.

Travel across the region will be required to engage distributors, customers, and events while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align product availability with demand, drive profitable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in medical devices / healthcare / pharma.
• Experience in distributor, channel, sales, or business management with distributor partners.
• Strong negotiations, pricing, contracting, and deal structuring skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor management and ensure Mentor business needs are met through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor partners and act as primary contact for distributor matters.
• Set and negotiate pricing, sales targets, yearly commercial plans and KPIs for distributors.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure distributors are up to date with product knowledge, regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely product availability and accurate reporting of sales, inventory, and forecasts.
• Lead marketing strategy, commercial planning, and events related to the Mentor portfolio.
