Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager MSM and IRL to lead distributor management across Europe, build long-term partnerships, and drive commercial plans for the Mentor portfolio.

You will set pricing, targets, and KPIs; monitor performance, report sales data, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure compliant, profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/economics/life sciences/engineering or related field; MBA is an advantage.
Strong experience in distributor, channel, sales or business management with distributor partners.
Proven ability to set commercial objectives, annual business plans, sales targets and KPIs.
Experience in pricing, contracting, and deal structuring with profitability awareness.
Fluent English, written and spoken; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead distributor management and ensure partner needs are met with internal/external stakeholders.
Set pricing, sales targets, yearly commercial plans and KPIs for distributors.
Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance functions.
Influence and drive results with distributors and guide distributor sales teams.
Develop launch strategies for new products and manage portfolio profitability.
