Rabobank is seeking a Senior BCM & IT Recovery Expert to strengthen operational resilience across technology domains. You will lead Business Continuity Management and IT Recovery activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate continuity requirements into practical outcomes.

You will drive workshops, coordinate recovery plans, and coach colleagues to improve resilience and preparedness. This role offers hybrid work and a focus on securing 9.5 million customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management and IT Recovery.
• Knowledge of and experience with risk management activities.
• Experience in environments with high availability requirements, such as vital sectors or critical infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work effectively across technology domains.
• Excellent communication skills and pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive BCM and IT Recovery activities from planning to execution and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, security, crisis-management and risk stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead recovery exercises and ensure continuity requirements are translated into practical actions.
