Job summary

YorTeam B.V. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a banking client in the Netherlands.

You will shape the end-to-end architecture for internal digital products and services consumed across the organisation. You will assess the existing technology landscape, define the target architecture, and develop an implementation roadmap, working with senior architects, stakeholders, and technology experts to drive alignment across domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior solution/lead architecture roles.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple domains.
• Strong enterprise integration, processes, and governance knowledge.
• Ability to translate operating models into architectures and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage cross-domain dependencies and align stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Product-Led Thinking and cost management is a plus.
• Familiarity with large financial institutions or global organisations is a plus.
