Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for Tech4Engineering Consumer Interaction to set priorities with Area Lead and Business Architect, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals. You’ll guide technical directions across squads, drive security and compliance, and lead with a people-focused, consumer-oriented approach.

You will help shape IT strategy within the Management Team, fostering engineering excellence and scalable services, while managing risk and promoting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in complex IT environments
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven experience leading large teams (~40 employees) and DevOps
• Extensive knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
• Offshore collaboration experience; Dutch and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Co-create and implement IT delivery strategy for Tech4Engineering Consumer Interaction
• Lead operational transformation and improve service portfolio and delivery efficiency
• Advance maturity of Simplified@Scale and DevOps within area
• Lead empowered, high-performing teams and foster upskilling
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and cross-team coordination
