Job summary

NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) based in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive governance, NSIP policy alignment and reporting across CIS projects. You will consolidate taskings, support governance forums and help educate project managers on NSIP standards and tools.

Fluency in English is required; a formal P3M qualification (PRINCE2/MSP/PMP/MoP) or equivalent experience is expected, along with strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years post-related experience, or 10+ years of progressive expertise in the function.
• Experience in NSIP processes or similar security/defence investment programmes within governance models.
• Experience in project management for development, planning, acquisition or delivery of C4ISR services.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in financial and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management and governance forums.
• Knowledge of NATO policy and procurement procedures.
• P3M qualification such as PRINCE2/MSP/PMP/MoP or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Governance NSIP Policy Support: translate governance policies into actionable guidance.
• Demand Management and Reporting: deliver structured packs covering financials, progress, risks and KPIs.
• Data Quality and Continuous Improvement: validate data, track KPIs, automate data flows.
• Stakeholder Interaction: consolidate taskings, monitor closure, support governance forums.
• NSIP Support: educate project managers on NSIP standards and tools.
