Job summary

DEPT® Senior Digital Account Manager in the Netherlands (Amsterdam/Rotterdam, hybrid) leads client relationships and orchestrates internal teams to solve complex digital challenges. You’ll manage six‑to‑seven figure annual client budgets and work across our Experience & Engineering group to deliver outcomes for top brands.

You’ll drive client growth, communicate effectively with C‑level stakeholders, and translate client needs into delivery‑ready proposals that align with DEPT®’s capabilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi‑million euro digital accounts.
• Strong ability to develop and implement client strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and business objectives; align them with digital projects and budgets.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with key decision makers to drive service quality.
• Ensure clear internal communication to deliver on client expectations and timelines.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for client growth and expanded scope.
• Resolve issues proactively to preserve trust and client happiness.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to orchestrate client programs and outcomes.
