Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee the Digital Project Delivery strategy across our Data Centre projects. You will guide project teams, ensure BIM standards compliance, and drive digital construction workflows from pre-contract through handover.

Responsibilities include leading BIM coordination, maintaining CDE protocols, and continuous improvement of BIM processes. Strong leadership, 5+ years of BIM Level 2 delivery, and expert Revit/Navisworks skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary BIM workflows and DPD implementation.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects implementing BIM Level 2 standards.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent reporting, presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick-off meetings with consultants and designers.
• Deploy and score SCDC assessments for consultants and designers.
• Set up and manage BIMCollab for clash and issue management.
• Monitor DPD strategy implementation and drive improvements.
