Job summary

Sisk Group in the Netherlands is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the Digital Project Delivery strategy across our Data Centre projects. You will guide project teams through BIM workflows from pre-contract through handover, ensuring compliance with BIM standards.

You will oversee 3D/4D coordination, manage BIMCollab, and drive innovation in digital construction. A degree in a related field and at least 5 years of multi-disciplinary BIM experience are preferred, with a competitive salary and pension

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary BIM workflows and DPD implementation.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects implementing BIM Level 2 standards.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM kick-off meetings with consultants and specialist designers.
Set up and manage BIMCollab for clash and issue management, ensuring protocol compliance.
Monitor project DPD strategy implementation, identifying gaps and corrective actions.
Provide hands-on training and upskilling sessions for project teams.
Lead DPD kick-off meetings with senior project management teams to finalise strategy.
