Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd. in Amsterdam is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across projects.

You will provide technical leadership, guide project teams, and ensure BIM processes are followed from pre-contract through handover. Lead the implementation of BIM standards, coordinate multi-disciplinary models and drive innovative digital construction workflows within a family-owned, globally active contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects implementing BIM Level 2 standards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary BIM workflows and DPD implementation.
• Degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, Computing, Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick-off and DPD strategy alignment with consultants and design partners.
• Setup and manage BIMCollab for clash and issue management and ensure protocol compliance.
• Drive adoption of BIM standards across pre-contract, tender, and handover stages.
• Provide hands-on training and upskilling for project teams.
