Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a BIM Manager to lead Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across our Amsterdam Data Centre projects. You will guide project teams, ensure BIM standards are followed and drive innovation in digital construction workflows from pre-contract to handover.

The role requires senior BIM leadership, strong Revit/Navisworks expertise and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. On-site work in Amsterdam, with focus on delivering value and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in construction, engineering, computing, architecture or related field.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary BIM workflows with BIM Level 2 adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick-off meetings with consultants and designers.
• Lead DPD kick-off meetings with project teams to finalize strategy.
• Set up and manage BIMCollab for clash and issue management and ensure protocol compliance.
• Monitor DPD strategy implementation, identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on training and upskilling for project teams.
• Support audits, lessons learned and disseminate best practices.
