Job summary

DNV Germany Holding GmbH is seeking a Senior Proposal and Bid Manager to join the Customer Relations and Business Development team in Market Area BeNeLux. You will lead and coordinate complex proposals for external customers, collaborating with account managers, technical experts, sales colleagues and legal specialists to translate expertise into clear, persuasive proposals.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex proposals and bids from planning through submission.
Ability to analyze customer requirements, evaluation criteria, risks and opportunities.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including commercial, technical, legal and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex proposals and bids from initial qualification to final submission, establishing process, responsibilities and timeline.
Develop compelling proposal strategies by analyzing customer requirements and differentiating responses.
Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams, ensuring a single consistent, customer-focused proposal.
Safeguard proposal quality and compliance by reviewing content and ensuring adherence to requirements and policies.
Support development of proposal capabilities through templates, reusable content and digital tools.
Monitor tender opportunities and share market insights and lessons learned.
