Job summary

DNV Group in the BeNeLux market is seeking a Senior Proposal and Bid Support Advisor to lead and coordinate complex bids, translating expertise into compelling proposals.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers, technical experts, legal specialists and other stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant submissions and continuous improvement of our proposal capability in response to market developments.

Qualifications

• Experienced in proposal and bid management, able to translate complex requirements into compelling content.
• Strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage timelines, gather inputs, and ensure compliant submissions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor tender portals and leads from external portals.
• Support Key Account Managers and Bid Managers with large, complex bids.
• Analyze bid requirements and evaluation criteria to develop competitive proposals.
• Lead preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents with deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and legal teams to gather inputs.
• Organize bid review meetings and incorporate feedback for improvements.
• Maintain a repository of bid documents, templates, and standard responses.
• Ensure bid submissions adhere to policies, client specs, and regulations.
• Act as primary client contact during the bid process and provide updates.
• Prepare and present reports on bid activities, success rates, and improvement areas.
• Provide market intelligence on energy market developments in BeNeLux.
