Accenture the Netherlands is seeking Banking Consultants to help leading banks transform in a digital world. You will combine industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and a passion for transformation.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, shaping strategy and operating models, and delivering value from strategy to execution. You will join a multidisciplinary team and grow in a role blending advisory, data insights, and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience working within a strategy or management consulting firm with a focus on banking
• Understanding of the Banking Industry, processes, business models, and transformation towards data, AI, digital and ecosystems
• Fluent English and Dutch

Responsibilities

• Design and shape direction that help our clients move forward in every part of their business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.
• Become a trusted advisor to support our clients from strategy to execution, identifying business development opportunities and strengthening analytical and executive capabilities.
• Develop innovative solutions through insight to help clients adapt to the changing world of business and make strategic decisions.
• Work with clients and a team of colleagues to solve complex problems and drive industry-leading transformation across the banking sector.
