Ersilia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Benelux marketing strategy from Amsterdam. The role focuses on pipeline growth, aligning with Sales, and delivering revenue-focused campaigns in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or software.
• Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline development.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the Benelux marketing strategy with a focus on pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with Sales to align priorities and drive results.
• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns, including ABM.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across product, digital, and brand functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and channel orgs.
• Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data and insights.
