You will craft repeatable marketing engines that position ElevenLabs as the top choice for large enterprises. As the first marketing hire in Benelux, you will shape regional go-to-market, align with global teams, and drive high-impact campaigns across ABM, content, events, and outbound.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record building and scaling B2B demand generation.
• Ability to own marketing programs from strategy to ROI measurement.
• Strong understanding of Benelux enterprise buyers and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end for Benelux priority industries.
• Localize programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, and partnerships.
• Adapt global campaigns for Benelux and share local insights with the global team.
• Partner with sales and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance with data-driven optimization.
