Job summary

Undutchables seeks a sharp Order Management, Logistics & Customer Support professional in Amsterdam to drive the end-to-end B2B order process for international clients.

You will coordinate with account managers, logistics teams, and Europe-based customers, using multiple internal systems to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure accurate shipping. The role demands precision, quick thinking, and calm communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• 3–5 years in a complex B2B order management, logistics, or supply chain role.
• English at a C1 level minimum.
• Experience with high-value products and semiconductor industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; formulas and overviews will be tested.
• Currently living in the Netherlands (Randstad preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-shipment process across Europe.
• Collaborate with account managers, logistics teams, and Asia HQ.
• Use multiple internal systems to track orders and resolve issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery under tight deadlines.
• Support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.
