Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a proactive Sales Support / Order Management Specialist in Amsterdam to act as the hub between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance. You will manage orders end-to-end, track delivery status, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in B2B environments and fluency in Dutch and English, with exposure to CRM/ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from order placement to delivery.

• Support releases of orders on financial hold and provide status updates.
• Produce reports on order status, stock, and delivery risks.

A leading international technology manufacturer within the professional display and digital signage market is looking for a proactive Sales Support / Order Management Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam.

This is a highly visible position within the business, acting as the central point of contact between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from order placement to delivery
• Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring issues are resolved quickly
• Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to coordinate order fulfilment
• Support the release of orders on financial hold
• Produce reports and provide updates on order status, stock availability and delivery risks
• Identify and proactively resolve potential delays or customer issues
• Attend internal stakeholder meetings to discuss order performance and business risks
• Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Support, Order Management, Customer Service or a similar B2B coordination role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Background

• Technology, consumer electronics, AV, digital signage or related B2B industries
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics or commercial operations environments
