Job summary

Optics11 is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Underwater Security) to drive go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth in a niche, high-tech market. You will own the growth engine, align marketing with sales, and turn interest into qualified pipeline through ABM, content, LinkedIn, SEO and paid channels.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Events to craft integrated campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and measure impact on revenue across long, complex buying

Qualifications

• Strong B2B growth marketing experience, preferably in tech or security domains.
• Proven ability to design and execute ABM and demand-gen campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the B2B growth, demand generation and ABM strategy.
• Build targeted campaigns around priority accounts and buyer journeys.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns from concept to optimization and scaling.
