Job summary

Dapper is a fast-growing B2B marketing agency headquartered in Rotterdam with a second office in Lisbon. We seek a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive online growth for diverse clients worldwide, from strategy to execution, owning campaigns and client relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize attribution models, performance campaigns, and content decisions, while pushing for innovation and results. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
• Growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and always looking for ways to improve and support others in doing the same.
• Strategic mindset, but still enjoy jumping into the details, whether it’s sparring with your client on attribution models, reviewing performance campaigns or challenging content creation.
• Take full ownership of your projects, challenging the brief, aligning with clients, and pushing for better outcomes through collaboration with the team.
• Are confident owning and leading client relationships, from onboarding and strategy to reviews and roadmap planning.
