Job summary

Amgen Breda seeks a Senior Technical Operator to oversee highly automated assembly, labeling and packing lines in a GMP environment. You will operate, set up, change-over, monitor equipment and lead advanced troubleshooting as a SME.

You will analyze process data in SAP/MES and drive continuous improvements across the line, while coaching teammates for higher capability across shifts. Join a global biopharma leader offering strong development, a 5% bonus target, a fixed 13th month and holiday

Qualifications

• MBO+ or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or trainer.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and CI methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize automated production equipment.
• Perform set-ups and change-overs.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 5WHY).
• Act as SME and first point of contact for technical escalations.
• Analyze and interpret process data using SAP/MES systems.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma).
• Support, coach and train team members, strengthening line capability.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production activities.
